Just how eco-friendly are our new reefers?

GWP and R513A – the abbreviations almost sound a bit mysterious. Yet behind it lies a new refrigerant that Hapag-Lloyd is deploying in its own fleet of refrigerated containers (reefers) on a large scale – and thereby becoming the first carrier in the world to do so.
